I go to the Starbucks all the time. Always busy staff is extremely friendly it's hard to get back on the street in a car. It's right at a busy intersection. I don't know if I hit it on a day that they were training all new people but it took me 20 minutes and there's only two people ahead of me. And I have waited and the drive up longer than it should take before. Their product is good their staff is friendly they just need to put it in another gear

90% of the time its great! But they have a high turn over and they're not always knowledgeable as to what they're serving. If they were properly train before leaving them alone it would be wonderful

I visited a year ago. We wanted to try a new flavor that was out and everyone was talking about it. This store was out of the product at the time but the staff suggested similar flavors. The lady was really nice.

The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because of the awesome, intelligent and hardworking staff that works there. The manager even made me a small cup of a special frappe they had on the menu like a cappuccino to try since it wasn't on the menu and I have been going there and making that same special order all month. The Racine Starbucks gets confused if I ask them to add liquid cane sugar so I really am impressed. The downside is all corporate controlled stuff. The product is overpriced, the location is terrible. It is located on a busy 5 way intersection off a highway with a median so if you are driving east you have to go around the block to enter. It shares it's small building with a payday loan store and many times in the morning the drive thru line goes into the highway and at worst around the corner causing angry drivers and dangerous driving conditions.

Staff is incredibly friendly. The location is right next to a very busy intersection and getting into the store and finding parking can be difficult. the store is relatively small to others, the reason for not perfect is because the drive through can take anywhere from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes. If you are going to go to a drive through, be aware that this may take more time than you have!
